This was realized through the brand of Two Percent Wolf, a brand derived from the mission and values that my own family brings to our lives and outdoor experiences, and deived from our own dogs 2% wolf DNA. As well as, the love of great flavors and amazing everyday cooking informed from my twenty years of fine dining experience.
